Housing Advisory Assistant

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Advisory Assistant to provide an initial assessment service for Housing Advisory Services and triage all clients accessing the services in line with the Homeless Reduction Act 2017. 

 The service offers a wide range of housing options to a diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills in a frontline setting.

 There will be ongoing training opportunities to update and refresh work skills and housing law knowledge.
