Preston City Council are committed to building and sustaining relationships with social landlords to ensure the best possible service for residents in need of social housing and are looking to recruit a Select Move Co-ordinator to lead on this.   This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the local authorities and social housing providers who comprise the Select Move partnership to improve service delivery.   We are seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic individual who has excellent problem-solving skills and has experience of using and monitoring a choice-based lettings system.  The ideal candidate will have good reporting and presentation skills and thrive on developing relationships with multiple stakeholders.

You will make an invaluable contribution to the Select Move partnership by monitoring outcomes, advising and training new and existing partners and leading on the regular partnership meetings.  You will play a key role in the implementation of the new Select Move policy and support the partners through this change.
