The Council has ambitious plans which require motivated, well trained and high performing employees at the heart of it to drive forward its agenda, and we are looking for a skilled individual to provide advice and support to managers and employees on all aspects of HR and Learning. 

You will have significant practical experience across a wide range of HR activities including recruitment, absence management, disciplinary, grievance, performance and change management. You will also have a keen interest in supporting the delivery of an effective, professional learning and development function that contributes to the development of a high performing organisation.
