Part Time Site Cleaning Operative (Retail Market) - Varied Hours 
26.5 Hours per week 
Salary: Grade 4 £23, 893 - £24, 702 per annum pro rata (£17, 112.55 actual salary per annum).  

Operational Property are looking for a part time Cleaning Operative to work 26.5 hours per week at the Retail Market, Preston, as part of Building Cleaning Services to carry out a range of cleaning tasks and some supervisory duties.

The role involves liaising with management and colleagues to ensure that standards of cleanliness are maintained. That both internal and external cleaning work is carried out safely and efficiently. The post carries key holding responsibilities and an element of supervisory responsibilities.

The hours of work are: 

11.30 - 19.30 - Saturday (7.30 hours) 
06.00 - 14.00 - Monday (7.30 hours)
15.30 - 19.30 - Tuesday (4 hours) 
15.30 - 19.30 - Wednesday (4 hours) 
16.00 - 19.30 - Friday (3.30 hours)

Applicants must be able to undertake cleaning duties using a wide range of materials and equipment. Previous experience of cleaning work is not essential as full training will be provided.
