            <p id="isPasted">We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic self-motivated person who can manage their own workload, to join our small but productive admin team based in Lancaster.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;This role is critical to the smooth running of the entire Revenues and Benefits teams at Lancaster being responsible for incoming and outgoing post and the scanning and indexing of all incoming correspondence for council tax, business rates and benefits as well as general administrative duties to support the teams. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;This is a busy team, and some staff do work from home for part of the week, but full training will be provided. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Duties include:</p><ul><li>&nbsp;To assist with the efficient operation of the document management system &ndash; scanning, indexing, storage, disposal and dispatch of documents.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;To assist in the secure opening of post.&nbsp;</li><li>&nbsp;To collect and distribute mail and dispatch documents, bills, notifications and statements etc. produced daily.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;As part of the apprentice you will be working towards Level 4 Revenues and Welfare Benefits Practitioner qualification. Ideally, you will also have recent experience in an administrative role involving multi-agency case work and action planning and have a sound and current knowledge of the legislation and statutory guidance relating to Domestic Abuse Related Death Reviews.</p><p>There are requirements for some working outside of normal office hours using our flexible working scheme, but this will be infrequent and only when essential.
